VICTORY SYNDICATIONS SUCCESS CONTINUES....

LADY DYNAMO

After a three month break, Lady Dynamo, now trained at Morphetville by Jon O'Connor, stepped out to secure her second career win in a 1050m Class 1 at Balaklava on the 23rd November.  Ridden by Simon Price, the 4yo mare was blocked for a run and faced a wall of horses before bullocking her way through and diving on the line to score by 0.2 lengths.  It was a gutsy performance and a well deserved win.

Jon O'Connor has been very pleased with the mare's attitude and commented after the race "there is nothing a trainer likes more than a tough racehorse".

A big congratulations to all her owners and connections - All In The Family Syndicate, The Band Of Brothers Syndicate, Tracey & Colin Bell, Maurice Sinclair, Wally Trautsch, Michael Bell, Brad Pace, Mandy Allen, Peter Hardacre, Scott Hunter & Tony Yeomans.

This takes her tally to 14 starts for 2 wins and 4 seconds.

FLASH OF DOUBT

The second runner onto the track for Victory Syndications is a 3yo filly by Not A Single Doubt out of Resplendent.

Trained by Robbie Griffiths at Cranbourne, Flash Of Doubt made her debut at Warrnambool in October where she motored home to run second, beaten by 0.8 length. Her next start took her to Ballerat, where after travelling off the pace throughout the race, she again ran home strongly to fill second place.

Just under two weeks later she headed off to Moe to race on a heavy track for another crack at her Maiden.

Another honest run but we unfortunately ran into a smart galloper by the name of 'Her Diamond Rock' (Fastnet Rock) who went on to run second at Sandown at her next start.

Flash Of Doubt has now had four starts for 3 seconds and a fourth, a very honest effort in anyone's books.

She has now headed out to the paddock for a well deserved break and we look forward to her return to the track in a couple of months.

Flash Of Doubt is proudly owned by Mr M Sinclair, Mr C J Bell, Ms M Allen, Ordell Pty Ltd, The Band Of Brothers Syndicate,

GRIFFITHS RACING INTRODUCES THEIR BABIES OF 2011......

Elvstroem - Midnight Sun 2 year old Bay Colt

Elvstroem - Midnight Sun

This is a lovely strong and athletic colt who will catch the eye.

He is a quality half brother to the mares Midnight Blues (4 wins) and Mandeville (1 win) who I trained and he is from a family of winners including the great Black Caviar, the sire Magnus and Wilander through his grand dam Song of Norway.

This fellow who is VOBIS qualified will fit in nicely with this great sprinting family. Shares will go quickly as his breeder has asked to retain a 50% share of the colt.

He is highly recommended and will repay our faith in him.

General Nediym - Skytripper Colt 2 year old Bay Colt

General Nediym - Skytripper Colt

I fell in love with this very masculine colt by sprint sensation “General Nediym” from Illawarra Classic placegetter “Skytripper” who was a fast 2 Year old winner.

He’s very precautious, strong, and mature, he has the size and strength to burn.
I bought him to win the Inglis Classic in Sydney next January.

He is a ripper.

Host - Napa Sky 2 year old Bay Colt

Host - Napa Sky

This fellow is by the first season sire Host (by the highly successful Hussonet) who was brought to Australia by Adam Sangster’s Sweetenham Stud after racing in Chile, where he was the leading 2yo of his year, and the USA and Canada where he won at Group 1 and Group 2 level.

He is a compact and well balanced colt who looks a runner with speed on the dam’s side, the family of grand dam Tricia Ann. I have trained members of this family in the past and they have always pleased me.

Nadeem - Danrego 2 year old Bay Filly

Nadeem - Danrego

This filly is a real athlete. She is by the good sprinter and young sire Nadeem and is a close relation to the champion racehorse Eremein through the Danzero mare Danrego. The 3 x 3 cross to the immortal Danehill brings the influence of Redoubts Choice and Danzero. This filly has a fantastic walk with over reach and the conformation of the athlete; this is combined with the powerful backside necessary for a competitive racehorse. A terrific young athlete who will impress.

Rock Of Gibraltar - Solar Antiquity Filly 2 year old Bay Filly

Rock Of Gibraltar - Solar Antiquity Filly

This filly is as strong as an ox and has the fastest reflex’s I’ve seen in a young horse, with an outstanding pedigree.
Her dad, Rock Of Gibraltar is producing winner after winner and in recent times has sired multiple stakes winning 2year old Golden Archer.

Her mum was a star, I trained her when she ran second to Glamour Puss in the Group 1 Goodwood Hcp and 3rd to Alinghi in the Group 1 Robert Sangster stakes.

She looks to have inherited her mums speed.

She will run fast.

Tale Of The Cat - Myamble

Again bred for speed this well grown and well balanced colt is VOBIS qualified.
